2024 Charity Sprint Meet Details

Entries are now closed for the upcoming 2024 Charity Sprint Meet on Saturday 14th September 2024.

The 2024 Charity Sprint Meet will be run by the Nunawading Swimming Club in conjunction with the Geelong Swimming Club and the Melbourne Swimming Club. We will be raising money for two causes with 100% of the profits being donated to ‘Swim for Jayden’ and ‘Laps for Lachie’.

The meet will also have some exciting additions with medals for the 13 & under 50m events in the AM session and a ‘Dash for Cash’ in the 14 & over 50m freestyle in the PM session!

Important Information:

  • Date: Saturday 14th September 2024
  • Venue: MSAC Indoor Long Course Pool
  • How to Enter: via Swim Central
  • Entries Close: Tuesday 10th September at 8:30pm
  • Medals:  medals will be awarded in the AM Session for 50m events only for the following age
    groups; male/female 9 & under, male/female 10 -11yrs and male/female 12-13yrs.
  • Dash for Cash: the ‘14 & over 50m Freestyle ’Dash for Cash’ will have random cash 
  • No refunds will be given for any reason
  • Backstroke ledges will in use

Warm-up & Session Times:

  • Warm-up Start Time: 8:30am (please note due to pool availability these is limited space for warm-up with only 4 lanes in the diving pool available)
  • Session 1 (AM) Start Time: 9:30am
  • Session 2 (PM) Start Time: 20mins after the completion of session 1 (approx. 2:30pm)
