2024 NSC Club Championships Information
We are looking forward to seeing all our members at the 2024 NSC Club Championships on Saturday afternoon! Please see below for information and relevant documents.
Important Information
- Date: Saturday 11th May 2024
- Venue: Aqualink Nunawading, Fraser Place, Forest Hill
- Timekeepers: in order to ensure the meet can run as a qualifying meet, we must have a minimum number of timekeepers. If you are rostered on for a shift, please ensure you report to pool deck at the allocated time.
- Medal Presentations: medals will be awarded to age group event winners throughout the day. Please listen out for announcements.
- Food & Drinks: the club will be having a sausage sizzle to raise money for the new diving blocks for $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00. EFTPOS & cash payments will be available. Please note the Aqualink cafe will be open until 7:30pm.
- Mother's Day Raffle: the Iliopoulos Family have kindly donated items for 3x Mother's Day Hampers to raffle off throughout the meet to raise money for the new diving blocks. Raffle tickets will cost $1.00 each. The family will also be selling handmade knitted dog coats for $15.00 each.
- Uniform: all athletes should be dressed in Nuna uniform and race in white Nuna caps throughout the afternoon.
Timeline
- 2:00pm - 2:25pm: activation led by the club captains
- 2:25pm - 2:30pm: team photo
- 2:30pm - 3:00pm: warm-up in the pool
- 3:00pm: racing starts
