Nunawading Swimming Club can accommodate
the development of every stage of swimming. From
Learn to Swim through to Australian Teams. We
have excellent facilities and programs which provide
swimmers with great opportunities.
Swimmers in the club's squad programs are required to join the Nunawading Swimming Club so that they can compete at swim meets and will be covered by insurance. The Club Membership fee is made up of contributions to Swimming Australia, Swimming Victoria, Metro East district and Nunawading Swimming Club.
NEW MEMBERS
New members are warmly welcomed into the club each year. Nunawading Swimming Club is fortunate to have a group of quality coaches and an administration support structure second to none in Australia . A majority of swimmers who either begin swimming at Nunawading or move to the club to join the squad program continue their swimming as part of the Club for many years.
If you are interested in joining the club and one of the squads at Nunawading your first step is to download and complete the New Squad Member Form and return it to either Nick Veliades (14/o swimmers) or Dean Bryant (13/u swimmers). The coaches will then discuss with you which squad your child will fit into and how to get started.

The points below explain how new members who have not been a member of a swimming club before can join Nunawading Swimming Club today at Swim On-line
· Click on the ‘New Registration' tab
· Click on ‘Nunawading Swimming Club Inc' from the Select Club scroll down list.
· Click next , then indicate which member type you would like to join as and follow the prompts.
EXISTING CLUB MEMBERS
In order for existing members to access the members-only section and update your contact information, subscribe to the SAL and SV newsletters and renew and pay for your membership you require a username and password. These have been sent individually by post to all Nunawading Swimming Club members from the 2007/08 season for the new season.
The username and password are automatically generated and you are encouraged to change these once you have logged in. We also ask that you ensure that all your contact information in the system for you is correct and that any incorrect information be updated when you first log in. This will ensure that you receive any important information from Nunawading Swimming Club and Swimming Victoria in the future. To renew your membership registration please see points below.
1. Go to Swim On-line .
2. Click on the ‘Log In' tab at the top left hand side
3. Insert your
a. Username: ….
b. Password: ….
4. Click ‘Log In'
5. Click on ‘Member Log In' tab
6. Update all your membership details. We recommend you change your username and password to something that you will remember at this stage. Also ensure your email address is current and the correct emergency contacts and phone numbers are included.
7. Click on ‘Update' at the bottom of the page once you have completed filling this page in.
8. Click on the ‘Registration Renewal' tab (2 nd from the left at the top of the page)
9. Click on the circle button for the membership category you would like to join, then click “Next >>” at the bottom of the page. The information for each Membership category is available on this page. There are also family memberships available for some combinations of Competitor & Non-Competitor membership.
10. Read the ‘Conditions of being A Member of Swimming Victoria and Associated club', then if you agree with them tick the 'I have read, understood, acknowledge and agree to the above declarations ', then click “Next >>” at the bottom of the page.
11. Complete all your personal information, then click “Next >>” at the bottom of the page.
12. You now have a choice to ‘Submit Application Only' or to ‘Submit Application & Pay Online'. We encourage all NSC members to choose ‘Submit Application & Pay Online' .
a. ‘Submit Application & Pay Online' – submit your Credit Card Type, Card Number, Card Holders Name and Expiry Date. Check the ‘ Total To Be Charged To Card:' amount is correct, then click “Next >>” . Once this is done, click on ‘Submit Payment' . A page will come up with ‘The transaction has been approved'. If you would like a receipt, click on ‘Print Receipt'. You are now registered.
b. If you choose ‘Submit Application Only' , you then click on the ‘Submit Application' button. Click on ‘Print Invoice' and print your invoice off. Attach a cheque payable to ‘Nunawading Swimming Club' to your invoice and please hand in to Nunawading Reception Desk in an envelope marked to the attention of Louise Martin, NSC Registrar

MEMBER TRANSFERS
Swimmers who wish to transfer from another club to Nunawading can do so. Your initial step is to email Louise Martin or phone Louise on 9878 7055. The Club will put in a request to your previous club for them to release you and then we can proceed with the membership as per the steps above. This process may take a few days to complete and clubs will only release a swimmer if the swimmer has no outstanding financial debts with their previous club. There is no cost for a transfer if the transfer is completed between seasons however there is a cost for transfers if they are done within a swimming season.
