Nunawading Swimming Club can accommodate the development of every stage of swimming - from Learn to Swim through to Australian Teams. We have excellent facilities and programs which provide swimmers with great opportunities.
Swimmers in the club's squad programs are required to join the Nunawading Swimming Club so that they can compete at swim meets and will be covered by insurance. The Club Membership fee is made up of contributions to Swimming Australia, Swimming Victoria, Metro East district and Nunawading Swimming Club.

NEW MEMBERS
The new swimming season began on 1st May 2011 and runs through to 30th April 2012. New members are warmly welcomed into the club each year. Nunawading Swimming Club is fortunate to have a team of quality coaches and strong administration support. A majority of swimmers who either begin swimming at Nunawading or move to the club to join the squad program continue their swimming as part of the Club for many years.
If you are interested in joining the club and one of the squads at Nunawading your first step is to download and complete the New Squad Member Form and return it to either Amanda Isaac (17 years and over swimmers) or Dean Bryant (16 years and under swimmers). The coaches will then discuss with you which squad your child will fit into and how to get started.

Swimmers can compete in all club, interclub, district and state level competitions. LIMITATIONS: The discounted fee is available for one season only. Competitors must then join as a "Swimmer" member in the following year.
Recreational Swimmer - $80.00
The Recreational Swimmer membership is suitable for swimmers aged 10 years and under as at 1 May 2010 who swim in the upper levels of the swim school or swimmers of any age in Armstrong Squad. Swimmers are eligible to compete in Nunawading Swimming Club’s internal competitions including the PB Challenge Series and Club Championships. The PB Challenge is a competition run by the Club (12 swim meets per year) to introduce young swimmers to the different aspects of swimming races. The emphasis is on participation and improvement with awards handed out at the final meet of each series based purely on improvement in that series. LIMITATIONS: Swimmers are only eligible to compete at internal Nunawading Swimming Club events. To compete outside of internal club events swimmers must join as a “Swimmer - First Year” or “Swimmer” member.
