Just Swimming Dandenong offers the following programs to members of the local community.

The key programs are listed below:

Children Learn to Swim consists of swimming and water safety instruction for babies and toddlers, pre-schoolers and school-aged children.  The Learn to Swim program consists of one weekly swimming lesson for a duration of half a hour to an hour depending on the age and ability.

The learn to swim program combines both stroke technique and water safety.

Adult Learn to Swim consists of swimming and water safety instruction for adults who wish to learn to swim or want to consolidate and refine their strokes. Adult learn to swim offers beginner, intermediate and advanced classes. Adult lessons have duration of one hour, once a week.

Holiday Intensive Swim Programs are offered during each school holiday period. Swimming and water safety lessons are conducted Monday to Friday during the morning as an intensive program.  This is a great way to fast track your child’s swimming skills. This is a great activity for children to do during the school holidays as it combines education and fun!

School Group Swim Programs are held during school terms.  Just Swimming provides a comprehensive school swimming and water safety program.   Just Swimming Dandenong utilizes the Swim and Survive program, which has been developed by Life Saving Victoria and is nationally recognised.
