Dandenong Adult Swimming Lessons

Class size: 6 maximum
Lesson length: 60 minutes

Adult swimming lessons are designed to provide adults of any age with the knowledge and skills to develop and improve their swimming and water safety skills. 

Adult Swimming Lessons Dandenong

All swim classes are conducted by friendly, qualified and experienced instructors and focus on your individual development in sequential progressive stages.

Adult Beginners allows for people who are ‘new’ to swimming to develop their skills at a steady but non-threatening rate.  Movement through the water and buoyancy are explored, progressing through to the development of kicking and armstrokes.

Adult Advanced provides stroke correction and development for people who have some movement through the water.  The focus of this group is to improve stroke efficiency and endurance to allow swimmers to continue their swimming for fun or fitness.
